Refund policy

By placing an order, You confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these following policy.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from arrival date so please keep in mind that if the product was damaged by delivery, open it up and send us the proof right away then contact us as soon as possible for return ( not refund).Β 

We only deal with product issues within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via maggobagco@gmail.comΒ for more information.Β 

Please be informed that you have to pay the return shipping fee.

RefundsΒ 

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Non-Refundable Charges

- Shipping Fees: These are paid to the carrier for delivery attempts and are non-refundable, even if the item didn’t arrive.

- Shipping Protection: This covers loss or damage during transit but does not refund the protection fee itself.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (3-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email atmaggobagco@gmail.com
